Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share, retain and protect information when you use our website, contact our team or participate in recruitment.

Effective date: 19 October 2026 · Last updated: 19 October 2026

Please read this page together with our Terms & Conditions. This website policy is intended to explain GITCS India’s online and recruitment practices in clear language.

1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how GITCS India Private Limited (“GITCS India”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal data when you visit gitcsindia.com, contact us, submit a business enquiry, create or respond to a recruitment interaction, apply for an opportunity, or otherwise communicate with us. GITCS India is an Indian technology services, consulting and talent organization based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

2. Personal data we may collect

The information we collect depends on your interaction with us. It may include your name, email address, telephone number, current location, postal or business contact information, LinkedIn or other professional profile, employer and work history, education, skills, certifications, years of experience, work authorization or availability information, compensation or rate information you choose to provide, resume/CV, cover letter, interview information, job preferences, communications with our team and other information you voluntarily submit. For business contacts, we may also process company, role, project, hiring or service-requirement information.

3. Sources of personal data

We may receive personal data directly from you, from a recruiter or authorized representative, from publicly available professional sources, through referrals, from job platforms or recruitment partners, from clients where relevant to a requirement, and through our website or communications. We may also receive basic technical data from our hosting and security infrastructure, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, requested pages and server logs.

4. Recruitment and candidate processing

If you apply for a role, share your resume or engage with our recruitment team, we may use your information to assess suitability for current and future opportunities; communicate about requirements, screening, interviews and hiring stages; match your experience to client or internal requirements; verify information where appropriate and permitted; coordinate recruitment and onboarding; maintain recruitment records; prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions; and comply with legal, contractual and client requirements. Submitting a resume does not guarantee an interview, placement, employment or engagement.

5. Other purposes for which we use data

We may process personal data to respond to enquiries; provide and improve our services; manage client, vendor and partner relationships; administer our website; maintain security; investigate misuse; support internal operations; maintain records; comply with law, tax, regulatory, contractual or audit requirements; establish or defend legal claims; and communicate service or business information where appropriate.

6. Basis for processing

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process information where it is necessary to take steps requested by you, to administer an employment or business relationship, to comply with legal obligations, for legitimate business and security purposes, or on the basis of consent where consent is required. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

7. Recruiting SMS and mobile communications

Where we provide a recruiting SMS opt-in, that consent is separate and optional. By selecting the SMS option, you agree that GITCS India may send recruiting-related text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages about opportunities, application status, interview coordination and related recruiting communications. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of applying for a job or receiving recruitment consideration. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of recruiting SMS and HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from contacting you through other appropriate channels regarding an application or relationship.

8. How we may share information

Access to personal data is limited to people and organizations that have a legitimate need for it. Depending on the purpose, this may include authorized GITCS India personnel, recruiters, management and delivery teams; service providers that support hosting, communications, security, document processing or business operations; professional advisers; prospective or existing clients where candidate submission is relevant and appropriate; and affiliated businesses where needed for a legitimate recruitment, service-delivery or operational purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, regulatory request, or to protect rights, safety and security. We do not sell candidate personal data as a business practice.

9. Affiliated entities and international processing

GITCS India operates within the wider Global IT Con business ecosystem and supports cross-border technology and recruitment activity. Where a requirement, client relationship, service or operational process involves Global IT Con LLC or another party outside India, relevant personal data may be accessed, transferred or processed outside India. We take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is limited to legitimate purposes and handled with appropriate protections, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.

10. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including consideration for current or future opportunities, business and recruitment administration, legal and contractual obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and security. Different categories of information may have different retention periods. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it, subject to technical backup cycles and legal obligations.

11. Information security

We use reasonable administrative, organizational and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Access is intended to be limited according to business need. However, no website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive information through general website forms or email.

12. Cookies, logs and similar technologies

Our website and hosting infrastructure may use essential cookies, session technologies, security controls and server logs necessary to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website. We may also use analytics or similar technologies to understand website performance and usage. If we introduce technologies that require additional notice or consent, we will provide appropriate information or controls and update this Policy where necessary.

13. Your choices and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may contact us to ask about personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion or erasure where appropriate, withdraw an optional consent, or raise a concern about our handling of your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, contract, legitimate business needs or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

14. Children’s data

Our corporate and recruitment website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek job applications or business enquiries from children through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that we can review the matter.

15. Third-party websites and platforms

Our website may link to LinkedIn, job platforms, client resources or other third-party websites and services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. GITCS India is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an independent third party merely because our website links to it.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current published version. Material changes may be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
