1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of gitcsindia.com and related pages, forms, careers functionality and online content operated for GITCS India Private Limited (“GITCS India”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant website features.
2. Informational nature of the website
The website provides general information about GITCS India, our technology and talent capabilities, business contact channels, careers and recruitment requirements. We may change, correct, suspend or remove website content without notice. Website content is not professional advice and does not create a binding commercial, employment or other commitment unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement executed by authorized parties.
3. Your responsibility when using the website
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for using the website lawfully. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications or authority, submit information you have no right to disclose, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, abuse forms, scrape or harvest information unlawfully, or use the website to infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
4. Careers, requirements and job postings
Job and project requirements displayed on the website may change quickly. A requirement may be published, placed on hold, closed, filled, cancelled or otherwise changed at any time. A job posting is not a promise that a position remains available and does not guarantee screening, interview, submission to a client, employment, engagement or any particular outcome. Titles, locations, work modes, experience expectations and other details may be updated as requirements evolve.
5. Applications and resume submissions
When you apply or submit a resume, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. You should not submit confidential information belonging to a current or former employer, client or other third party. GITCS India may review, validate and use submitted information for recruitment and related operational purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Submission of an application does not create an employment, agency, partnership or contractual relationship.
6. Candidate screening and client requirements
Recruitment processes may include recruiter screening, technical or functional assessment, interviews, reference or credential verification, and client-specific steps where appropriate and permitted. Some opportunities may be subject to client requirements, project changes, background verification, work authorization, location, availability or other conditions. GITCS India may discontinue a recruitment process where a requirement changes or where information cannot be appropriately verified.
7. Recruiting communications and SMS
Email, telephone and other appropriate communications may be used to administer recruitment activity. Where a separate SMS opt-in is offered, SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying. Message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of recruiting SMS and HELP for help. An SMS opt-out does not necessarily stop non-SMS communications that are reasonably required for an application or existing relationship.
8. Business enquiries and service discussions
Submitting a business enquiry, requirement or contact form does not by itself create a client, vendor, partnership or service-provider relationship. Commercial terms, deliverables, fees, confidentiality obligations, service levels and other binding obligations must be agreed separately by authorized parties where applicable.
